Management and activities

LSF is composed of the following five divisions and its overall activities rotate around them accordingly:

Political Division headed by a Director deals with politics, political parties, Parliament and Local Government covering Union, Upzila and Zila Councils [Parishads] with a focus on leadership therein.


Non-political Division headed by a Director deals with associations, bodies, organizations, academic and non-academic institutions, public and private, with a focus on leadership therein.


Human Rights Division headed by a Director deals with matters related to human rights and law with a focus on leadership therein, and


Research and Evaluation Division headed by a Director ensures possible initiations, coordination and publications of various kinds of researches and evaluations under political, non-political and human rights divisions.


Media Division headed by a director is entrusted with responsibilities to extablish, maintain and continue all sorts of contacts necessary for the LSF.

Each division maintains its own staff and necessary material supports Director concerned is responsible for devising, planning, formulating and carrying out relevant programs covering motivations, trainings, seminars, dialogues, symposiums, workshop etc.

LSF is led day-to-day by an Executive Director who, apart from the day-to-day supervision, is also entrusted with the responsibilities to coordinate the overall activities of the divisions under the leadership of LSF’s Chairman.
