Engineer Md. Abdul Awal obtained the degree of Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Stamford University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He started his career as an IT consultant in different organizations including projects funded by UNDP and other regional and international organizations and agencies. Having been equipped with further knowledge and certificates courses in management and NGO activities, he has over the period of time gathered, experienced and developed an excellent grade of accommodative, communicative and synthetic capability, capacity and administrative mode of application. He has a kind of positive interest also in writings, traveling, listening music and watching TV in particular Discovery channel, Geography Channel Now fully devoted to the cause of LSF, to him, LSF is both a mission and means to build, find and present leaders of various categories and grades to cope with the challenges of the coming days of 21st century.
